Cosa puoi semplificare parlando

  • Present Simple — abitudini, fatti: I work
  • Present Continuous — ora / piani: I'm working
  • Present Perfect — esperienze, novità: I've done it
  • Past Simple — passato concluso: I did it
  • Past Continuous — sfondo nel passato: I was doing it
  • will / going to — futuro: I'll go / I'm going to
  • would — condizionale, cortesia: I'd like…
  • would have — rimpianto: I would've gone
⚡ Puoi alleggerire o rimandare
  • Past Perfect → Simple Past se l'ordine è chiaro
  • Future Perfect'll be done / present perfect
  • Perfect continuous (had been / 'll have been + -ing) → progressivo o present perfect
  • Future Continuous → present continuous
  • shallwill · whomwho

◀ Passato
Tempo📖 Forma corretta🗣️ Forma usabile
Simple Past-ed / 2ª forma
he was here
he had a car
he went / saw it
Past Continuouswas/were + -ing
he was having lunch
they were doing it
✓ già quotidiana
Past Perfecthad + pp
he had been there
he had gone / seen it
⚡ spesso Simple Past: he was there / he went
● Presente
Tempo📖 Forma corretta🗣️ Forma usabile
Simple Presentbase (+s 3ª)
he is here
he has a car
he goes / does it
✓ già quotidiana
Present Continuousam/is/are + -ing
he is having lunch
I'm going now
✓ già quotidiana · anche piani: I'm leaving tomorrow
Present Perfecthave/has + pp
he has been to Rome
I've seen it
✓ essenziale — non semplificare
Futuro ▶
Tempo📖 Forma corretta🗣️ Forma usabile
Future — willwill + base
he'll be here
he'll have it
he'll go / see it
✓ · per i piani: he's going to go
Future Continuouswill be + -ing
he'll be having lunch
he'll be going soon
⚡ spesso present continuous: he's having lunch
Future Perfectwill have + pp
he'll have been there
he'll have gone
⚡ he'll be done / present perfect

Participi utili: be→been · have→had · go→gone · see→seen · do→done · take→taken · make→made. E i perfect continuous (had been / will have been + -ing): nell'orale quasi mai — usa il progressivo semplice o il present perfect.

🕐 Tempi rari → semplici

Future/Past Perfect Continuous e Future Perfect quasi mai a voce. Usa present perfect o will + simple.

📖 I'll have been working… → 🗣️ I'll have worked…

🔑 Perfetti modali → contratti

📖 You should have told me. → 🗣️ You should've told me.

❓ Domande

whom → who, e la preposizione va in fondo.

📖 With whom are you going? → 🗣️ Who are you going with?

🔀 Ipotesi

Contrai sempre 'd e 'd have / would've.

📖 If I had known… → 🗣️ If I'd known…

💭 Discorso indiretto

📖 He said he lived in Rome. → 🗣️ He said he lives in Rome.

🪢 Relative

Ometti that/which/who quando è oggetto.

📖 the book that I read → 🗣️ the book I read

5 · Abitudini che ti fanno suonare naturale

Contrazioni, sempre. I'm, don't, he's, we'll, I'd — e nell'orale anche should've, would've. Non contrarre suona rigido.
Ometti "that". the guy I met, I think you're right.
Preposizione in fondo. Who are you talking to? · What's it for?
"gonna / wanna / gotta" — da capire negli altri; tu puoi limitarti a going to / want to / have to.
Riempitivi per non bloccarti: well… I mean… you know… let me think…
"though" in fondo per dire "però": It's pricey, though.
Frasi corte. Meglio due frasi con so / but che una lunga piena di subordinate.
Reagisci per tenere viva la conversazione: Really? · No way! · That makes sense · Fair enough.
🎵 Intonazione essenziale (la melodia conta)
  • Domande sì/no → la voce sale ↗ : Are you coming? ↗
  • Domande wh- (what/where/when…) → la voce scende ↘ : Where do you live? ↘
  • Question tag → ↗ se chiedi davvero, ↘ se cerchi conferma: It's cold, isn't it? ↘
  • Elenchi → sale su ogni voce, scende sull'ultima: tea↗, coffee↗ or juice↘
  • Enfasi → accenta la parola chiave e cambi il senso: I didn't say SHE took it.
  • Entusiasmo → range ampio; voce piatta = suoni annoiato/scortese.

La -s alla 3ª persona. he works, she doesn't.
I saw him yesterday, non "I have seen".
Do/does/did nelle domande. Do you like it? — senza ausiliare suona sbagliato.
for / since con "da". for 5 years / since 2020 + present perfect.
going to per i piani. I'm going to study tonight (non "I will").
Present Continuous per "ora". I'm working now (non "I work now").
a / an secondo il suono. an hour, a university — conta il suono, non la lettera.
Aggettivo prima del nome. a red car (mai "a car red").
